Samantha Weiss Hills is a writer and editor based in New York City.

Samantha is the Managing Editor for Domino, and (sporadically) writes a newsletter called Dinner at 10. She is deeply passionate about wine and winemakers, and currently serves as an editorial consultant for Huneeus Wines, where she composes vintage and tasting notes, email campaigns, and other communications materials for a suite of wineries.

She has held senior editorial positions at Saveur, Hearst Magazines and Curbed, where she authored the weekly House Calls column. She has worked at cultural institutions like the Logan Center for the Arts at the University of Chicago and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, helmed communications and partnerships for Food Book Fair, a festival of food writing, and originated the role of Partnerships Editor for Food52.

Her writing has appeared in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, EaterFood52, Curbed, Wine Enthusiast, The Week, Driftless Magazine, and more. Samantha has been an Adjunct Instructor at The Media School at Indiana University, established the wine program at King Dough in Indianapolis, and has recipe tested for Dominique Ansel Bakery.
